All reservations must be made directly with The Westin Crown Center. Attendees' reservations must be received on or before 5:00 pm central time July 7, 2010. After that time, the hotel cannot guarantee room availability or the group rate, but will make every effort to accommodate late requests. Rooms must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night's room deposit. Reserve your sleeping room online. Or call: (816) 474-4400 Mention "Construction Management Association" when making reservations. An attendee who does not cancel a reservation within 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival or is a "no show" will be charged a fee equal to one night's room rate.
Rates:
$129/single or double room; rates do not include 15.2% state/local tax plus Kansas City Development Fee of $1.50. Rates are available for the nights of July 18-20 . A small number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the government per diem rate (currently $107 per night) for Kansas City.
