When you join the Construction Management Association of America, you'll find yourself in a position to access all of CMAA's great Owner member benefits. As North America's only organization dedicated exclusively to the interests of the professional Construction and Program Management industry, CMAA gives Owners a platform to discuss today's construction market with CM professionals. Members also benefit from networking opportunities, along with valuable education and certification programs.
Membership at CMAA continues to skyrocket in the last few years, nearly doubling since 2004. A large part of CMAA's growth is due to the increase in Owner members, such as General Electric, Constellation Energy, the U.S. General Service Administration, the U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Owners enjoy the lowest membership rate: $120/year for an Owner Individual and $1,200 for an Owner Organization, which includes 12 memberships!

What is CMAA?
CMAA is North America's only organization dedicated exclusively to the interests of the professional construction and program management industry. On behalf of its twenty-seven regional chapters and more than 5,000 public and private organizations and individuals throughout the nation, CMAA promotes the construction management industry and provides professional resources, advocacy, professional development, certification, and business opportunities to its members. CMAA's national headquarters is located in McLean, Virginia.

To apply online you must first create a customer ID. Once you have your login information, sign in, click on the "Join/Rejoin CMAA" menu item and follow the instructions. If you already have a customer ID, you can login here.
