Major Owners Expand Support of CCM

The New York City Department of Environmental Protection announced at the CMAA National Conference that it intends to require all construction managers on its $14 billion-plus program to be CCMs, and it will stress the "strong desirability" that its resident engineers also have the CCM in addition to the PE.
