CMAA Launches 9th Annual Owner's Survey with FMI
The Ninth Annual CMAA-FMI Owner's Survey focuses on Risk Management and its impact on the participants in construction projects. Last year's study focused on the growing use of BIM among Owners.
Owners are encouraged to take the survey online. The questions are designed to take less than 20 minutes.
Results from the 9th Annual survey will be presented at CMAA's National Conference in October.
Transportation Summit - Onsite Registration Still Available
With an increasing need for infrastructure repairs, CMs and Owners need to stay up to date on the latest developments or risk losing out on their share of the billions of dollars at stake.
The Transportation Summit, held on July 20-21 in Los Angeles, will discuss the emerging trends and best practices of transportation CM work.

McGraw-Hill Construction President to Speak at National Conference
Norbert W. Young, FAIA, president of McGraw-Hill Construction, and Gary Heil, noted business futurist and consultant, will serve as the 2008 National Conference & Trade Show keynote speakers.
Early bird registration is now open. Held in San Francisco on Oct. 12-14, this year's theme is "Ahead of the Curve - On Top of the Trends."
